“You wouldn’t believe me if…” Serial Entrepreneur Steve Salis knows what customers want.

In college Steve Salis knew how to run a pizza shop, and he wasn’t shy about letting his boss know. It didn’t go so well. He was promptly fired. That’s when he knew he wasn’t meant to work for someone else.

Fast forward to 2012, at the age of 27, Stephen Salis co-founded his pizza brand, &pizza, which is now one of the fastest growing restaurants in the Washington, D.C. region.

The company has more than 20 locations and continues to grow at a rapid rate. And he’s expanded his businesses with a range of hospitality, leisure, real estate, and retail in the D.C. Metropolitical area. Throughout his career, Salis has created strong cultural identities around his brands in pursuit of creating connected communities.
