If you’ve been following along with our coverage of the Challenge Cup, you’ll know what’s about to happen.
For the unititiated, the Challenge Festival is about to kick off, marking the conclusion of this year’s Challenge Cup. After traveling the globe, the Challenge Cup now returns to its start in Washington D.C., with more than 70 enthusiastic and enterprising startups coming to give their final pitches for a chance at global titles. In addition, the week-long Festival convenes thousands of supporters and experts for invaluable discussions, learning, and connections. The Festival also includes the release of the Innovation that Matters report, which we’ve been working on with our partners at 1776 and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, during the Innovation Economy Day at the U.S. Chamber.
Free Enterprise will be at the Festival all week, so follow along at @FreeEnterprise and #1776Challenge for the latest. And be sure to check in on Friday, May 15, when the Innovation that Matters report is unveiled.
Good luck to all of the startups – the competition is fierce!
