What Super Bowl Ads Are You Waiting for?
Lucas Oil Stadium, site of Super Bowl XLVI
On Sunday, America will be glued to their televisions. If you're a New York Giants fan or a New England Patriots fan you'll be hooked on the game itself. But even if you're a Green Bay Packers fan who's still bummed that your team isn't playing for the Lombardi Trophy, you have something to look forward to. No, I'm not talking about Madonna's halftime show. I'm talking about the commercials. Advertisers are plunking down an average of $3.5 million for a 30-second spot, and have crafted ads they hope burn into the public's consciousnesses.
Laura Stampler at Business Insider put together a Super Bowl commercial lineup. Here are some ads I think people will be talking about Monday morning.
Honda -- Ferris Bueller Reprise (EXTENDED)
Hyundai -- "Cheetah"
GE -- "Power and Beer"
Priceline -- "Negotiator's Last Deal"
Coca-Cola -- "The Catch"
