Big news from the Campaign for Free Enterprise—we’ve hit the ground running with a national Voices for Jobs Listening Tour, which will run throughout the summer and be featured at our second annual Jobs Summit on July 11 in Washington, D.C. Through the tour we’re meeting with business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs from across the country to better understand the challenges they face and the progress that has been made in creating economic certainty for America’s job creators.
We’re also asking our followers on Facebook and Twitter about their feelings on the economy’s direction. We posed the first question this week and it already received 2,462 responses! Follow our Twitter feed and #Voices4Jobs hash tag, which the Campaign will use to spotlight important messages and let you know when we post new questions. Keep checking back—and if you haven’t done so already—follow us!
The Listening Tour will also visit local chambers around the nation to learn what free enterprise advocates, like you, think about federal regulations on small business and the debt and deficit, and what strategies you are using to ensure that America’s best days are ahead. We’ll be posting these responses to Facebook, Twitter, and a new page on this website. We are kicking our efforts into high gear and we’re excited about what’s in store. So join us as we continue to fight for American Free Enterprise!
