Is an outdated federal regulation detrimental to your business? Do you believe a federal agency is misapplying a regulation and unfairly burdening your company? If you answered YES to either question or have a different regulatory issue, we want to hear from you. 

The Chamber's Giovanni Coratolo, executive director of the Mid-Market and Small Business Councils, will testify before the National Ombudsman for the Small Business Administration in March to call attention to examples of antiquated regulations and excessive enforcement. With the help of small businesses willing to share their experiences, the Chamber can work to fix regulatory issues. Whether it is the EPA, OSHA, IRS or CBP causing you undue problems we need to hear your story to build a case for change.
