The positions of the major presidential candidates on key business issues were presented in "Presidential Primary Season Lifts Off" (uschamber.com, January 2008). The story generated a number of responses from visitors to www.uschambermagazine.com, including calls to cover more candidates and more issues.

"First off, this was a good review on the issues that affect businesses. 'This is also one of the few unbiased articles that I've seen from the Chamber."
-CD from Alabama

"Ron Paul seems to be the best candidate for business as all business is based on individual rights to life, liberty, and property as protected by our Constitution. Ron Paul is the only candidate who believes in our Constitution."
-Al Segalla

"What about foreign policy-especially with regard to the volatile Middle East? Who is best prepared to deal with THAT evil? I'll pay whatever I have to for health care and/or taxes if they can keep a nuclear bomb from flying over here."
-S. Brennan

"I am for the candidate who reaffirms the greatest American ideals: democracy and a government that only has power when the people give their consent."
-Joanna Garza
