The May jobs numbers look as gray as the rainy weather up and down the East Coast. It was better than many expected, but Sam Ro at Business Insider points out, "[I]t continues to reflect a labor market that remains incredibly weak almost four years into the economic recovery."
While U.S. oil production is up overall, production on federal lands has been steadily declining. According to the Congressional Research Service, oil and gas production on federal lands has decreased since 2007.
Here’s a reminder that the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) was sold to the public as a way to make health care less expensive.
The IRS should consider sending the EPA a fruit basket as a thank you for taking some heat off of the troubled agency.
In the last few weeks, several stories have come to light that reveal the EPA as an institution rife with bad management of its contract employees, highly questionable ethics standards, and, overly prescriptive in it's regulations.
