In light of this weekend's tragedy, Eric Cantor announced that all scheduled legislation in the House this week, including Wednesday’s health care repeal vote, will be postponed.  President Obama has ordered flags to be flown at half-staff and called for a national moment of silence at 11 a.m.  In other news, the Fed is expected this week to begin looking at data from 19 groups, including Goldman, JPMorgan, and Bank of America, to gauge whether they can withstand new economic and financial shocks.
