An article in the Washington Post finds "developers of big wind and solar projects struggling to find the capital needed to continue their expansion."

Hmmm...where can they get the money....I know!  Since Al Gore can raise $300 million to tell people that renewable energy is important, he can surely find the cash to help an eco-brother out and actually build renewable energy sources.  Just an idea.
